I have been in health and fitness for over 10 years. I was an athlete growing up and fell into fitness in college and I have a passion for helping others become the best version on themselves. I am a mom of two boys who are full of love, joy, and energy. I hope to provide help and encouragement for you on your fitness journey!
I think the most rewarding part of the program was being able to see the changes happen with working out and eating healthy. That definitely helps make a difference when you are postpartum.
I am very thankful that I got to train with you and you taught me a lot about fitness and I'm still sticking to it and i'm feeling great and very pleases with the way I look.
